New Delhi, 9th November, 2011: Premier textile companies from Taiwan exhibited a wide range of innovative, trendy and high performance textile products from 9-11 November, 2011 at SourceZone in Gurgaon, New Delhi.

The fair was very well received with a large number of buyers showing keen interest to take business forward on a more concrete level. Organized by the Taiwan Textile Federation in conjunction with Bureau of Foreign Trade, Taiwan and managed by the Worldex Group, the fair was supported by the leading textile associations of India, such as Apparel Export Promotion Council (AEPC) and the Confederation of Indian Textile Industry (CITI).

The creativity and functionality of Taiwanese textile products have long been recognized by international designers, brands, importers and retailers in all major importing countries. These products are in perfect synergy with the Indian exporters’ increasing requirements for world-class fabrics, yarns and trimmings.

These exhibiting companies from Taiwan not only exhibit their cutting edge and contemporary products but also looked to establish long-term business associations and tie-ups in the field of textiles.

The fair showcased a variety of products ranging from Knitted Fabrics (Jacquard, Lace, Mesh, Jersey), Sporting Socks, Functional Socks, Stockings, Tights, Panty Hose, Gloves, Tapes, Cotton Grey Fabrics, Cotton Yarn, Children wear, High Performance Woven Fabrics for casual sports, Functional Fabrics for Outdoor & Sportswear, Woven Fabrics for casual & city wear, Poly yarn dyed, Nylon Yarn dyed, Zipper, Slider, Zipper Making Machine to Interlinings.

The Taiwan Textile Fair 2011 commenced in Gurgaon and will also take place in Bengaluru and Mumbai.
