India is projected to become one of the largest players in the global homeland security market by 2020. About 6% of global procurement in the field of homeland security is expected to emanate from India, a 60% growth from its current expenditure estimate of 3.6%. India offers large potential for firms wanting to take advantage of opportunities manifested in India on account of its high spending on modernising military capabilities and industrial infrastructure as also the challenging relationships with neighbours that are unlikely to be resolved very quickly.
Supported by The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM) INDESEC ensures it continues to reflect the needs of the homeland security market. For further details please log onto
